The goal is to get a "3rd kill" - the same mechanic used to trigger a gang war. This updates the gang and turf variables before or during the attack. So you already know how to get a gang war started, just apply that knowledge to triggering a 3rd kill. Easiest test, go to an attack and lead the attackers to a turf with no gangs present.
Gang Everywhere. There are 7 menus, each one can modify a zone of the map and make gangs appear. How to open the menus: If you open more than 1 menu at once you might crash the game, so do it separately. When you open the menu, choose a zone. Depending on which menu you're using, members from that gang will appear in that zone.
